Biography
Currently, Dr. Ana Faustino I Rocha is investigating the neural circuits involved in vocalization behaviour in a fish model for the study of acoustic communication. She is a social neuroscientist PhD, passionate about science communication and education. My goal is to integrate science-based knowledge into teaching and learning as a motor for sustainable education and development, in order to empower the citizens of tomorrow.
Research Area
Neural tracing techniques, confocal and two-photon microscopy to look at neuronal mapping and brain activity.
